Textile printing & embroidery – customized according to your wishes
Are you looking for a textile printer or embroiderer? We print on your textiles using textile screen printing, transfer printing or digital direct printing, entirely according to your wishes and your design or print run. We would be happy to advise you individually and also help you implement special printing techniques such as screen printing, discharge or certified GOTS watercolor prints.
Screen Printing
High-quality printing results can be achieved cost-effectively and very durably with screen printing. This form of direct textile printing is suitable for simple line drawings such as logos, as well as for rasterized, photorealistic motifs. Your projects can be realized with both classic plastisol paints and water-based paints. Sustainable, GOTS-certified production is possible in cooperation with certified textile suppliers and printers.
Sustainable textile finishing
Textile printing is traditionally carried out using solvent-based inks. Due to the increased demand for more environmentally friendly printing processes, water-based screen printing has become increasingly established in recent years. This means that sustainable textiles such as articles from the manufacturers Stanley/Stella or Continental Clothing can also be finished sustainably without compromising on quality or ecological aspects. In cooperation with GOTS-certified companies, GOTS-certified printed textiles are also possible, which allows you to advertise them with the GOTS seal.
Transfer Printing
Textile transfer printing is an indirect printing process in which the motifs are transferred to the textile using a carrier film. Transfer printing is ideal for short runs and demanding materials. We offer this as a flex/foil transfer, e.g. for customization, as a screen print transfer for recurring short runs, and as a sublimation, e.g. for sports shirts.
Digital Printing (Direct To Garment)
Digital direct printing or “direct to garment” (DTG process) is used to print on textiles without first producing screens, films or transfers. This means there are no upfront costs and even small print runs can be realized very quickly and cost-effectively. Technical progress in recent years has made it an equivalent alternative to established printing processes.
Stick
Embroidery on textiles is perceived by many as the highest quality form of finishing. They are ideal for applying logos or line drawings with a special feel and durability to textiles. The embroidered logo exudes quality and enhances polo shirts, shirts, caps, sweatshirts and hoodies in particular. The stick is also suitable for creating individualizations such as names or monograms.
