We work with software solutions “Made in Germany”. Our digital infrastructure is based on the webshop software Shopware and the Xentral cloud merchandise management system. You benefit from a quickly scalable and highly flexible structure that can be easily expanded via interfaces and plugins.

The easiest way to access your university’s merchandising range is via an online store. Do you want to use this modern distribution channel, but want to avoid the additional effort? Then we will be happy to do it for you! In consultation with you, UNICUM Merchandising designs and manages a modern and individual online store with an integrated merchandise management system, in your corporate design if desired, with separate access for internal customers who can purchase your articles at a discount. We store your goods, fulfill your orders and handle all customer communication as well as returns management and invoicing. You have an insight into current sales and your stock levels at all times. Orders can be placed around the clock and you receive the proceeds on a monthly or quarterly basis

Invoicing & Payment

In cooperation with us, you can use modern payment solutions and all common payment methods such as credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), purchase on account, Paypal, Sepa direct debit, Giropay and many more. On request, we can also take care of claims processing and invoicing.

We ship your items from our own modern high-bay warehouse in Bochum, worldwide on request. You benefit from state-of-the-art cloud software applications in the area of merchandise management, which enables us to deliver all incoming orders very quickly.

Would you like an independent store? We support you with our expertise in planning and implementation. From the choice of the right location, the architectural design and connection to the merchandise management system, the planning of opening hours, to the provision of your own sales staff, we are your partner for the successful operation of a professional store.
Pop-up stores
Events of all kinds are ideal for on-site sales of your products. We are live on site for you, implement a temporary store for the best possible presentation of your articles and manage the sale.
Reseller
Local resellers can provide additional touchpoints for your goods. UNICUM Merchandising will be happy to advise you on the selection of suitable sales outlets, establish contact, conduct negotiations according to your specifications if required and then take care of order processing, communication and invoicing with the reseller.
